WELCOME TO CRANE LAKE SHORES

Crane Lake Shores Common Interest Community is located at Crane Lake Minnesota, the gateway to Voyageurs National Park.  With a total area of 30 acres of land, we are able to offer 38 Lake Home Sites for construction.  Each of these home sites will have an abstract deeded to the owner and deeded access to the common areas in the entire property.  The project has over 700' of direct lake frontage; there will be dockage for each owner's personal watercraft, included in the purchase price of the home site as well as use of the common areas of the property, i.e. community building, roadways and picnic areas.  Fresh water, waste water and electric will be accessible at each site.

Crane Lake Shores will be offering the following options of ownership of Lakeshore Property:

•  Single Family Home Sites solely owned and deeded from the
  master abstract building sites where a person may purchase and
  build their personal lake home.
  
• Single Family Home Sites solely owned and deeded from the
  master abstract, new construction stick-built lake homes.
  One home is currently for sale on a lakefront lot.  
  
•  A buyer of a lake home site at Crane Lake Shores will have the options of buying a lot, OR buying a lot with a new, totally finished home OR buying a lot and contracting the home of their choice to be built by 
  either our on-site contractor or a contractor of their choice.
